Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience with our Yin Yoga and Sound Bath event. This unique combination of slow-paced, meditative yoga and therapeutic sound healing is designed to restore balance, release tension, and promote a profound sense of inner peace.
The event will begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice. Yin yoga is a type of yoga where poses are generally held for 3-5 minutes with the aim of targeting connective tissues. It is a very meditative that invites practitioners to focus inward. There is no right or wrong way to hold a pose in yin yoga so everyone is welcome to join this event.
Following the Yin Yoga practice, a sound bath will be played using Tibetan Bowls. The sound vibrations will help you enter a deeper meditative state, allowing you to relax and restore both mind and body.
Drinks and snacks will be served after the practice.
