2.4 Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your Ticket(s) and a unique reference number. This email serves as proof of purchase.

4.1 Refund Policy: Once a Ticket has been purchased, it is non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

9.2 By purchasing Tickets, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of processing your order, communicating with you regarding your purchase, and sending you updates about future Events.

10.1 All content on the Website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of The Bond or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 You may not use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our explicit consent.

11.1 We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or technical issues.
