Mushroom-Picking Adventure

Join us for a fun-filled and educational mushroom-picking outing in the beautiful Kockelscheuer forest, Luxembourg! Whether you’re an experienced forager or a curious beginner, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with nature, learn about local fungi, and enjoy a relaxing day outdoors with like-minded individuals. During this guided experience, an expert from the Groupe de Recherche Mycologique de Luxembourg will teach you how to identify edible and medicinal mushrooms, as well as share tips on sustainable foraging. Together, we’ll explore the lush forest of Kockelscheuer, uncovering nature’s hidden treasures and gaining a deeper appreciation for the natural world around us. It’s a chance to bond with the community, deepen connections, and make lasting memories—one mushroom at a time! You may bring a companion with you (including a man), in which case the fee is due for 2 persons. Meeting time is at 9.50am.

• Your Mushroom Finds: You’ll have the chance to collect mushrooms during the outing. Bring a basket or bag for your foraged treasures! Whether you plan to cook your finds or just enjoy the experience, it’s all about the joy of discovery.
